Wow! I am Curious. 🧐!!!
Mind wanders, so let it. Solve a curiosity and then find the next.
is that what it is Sir @minaminosuechi ?
Not sure about the solving part, but just be aware/observe it.
In the post you shared, My J says something about following the wondering. Follow it till it finishes and then follow something else. Am I mistaken here?

Has said to Follow it till it finishes but nothing related to solving.

Ain't it the same thing, comprehensively speaking?
We can follow a river until it ends as a waterfall, solving would involve our interference in it.
We can follow a river until it ends as a waterfall
In your example you assume waterfall as an end of river. 🤔…
I’m not entirely sure if I understand this completely. So, a waterfall that seems an end is actually beginning of something else.
How does this relate to solving? Sorry, forgive my clumsiness. But can you elaborate on this particular example?
Yes, after the river ends there will be water fall and you follow it thats all.
There is no solving, I brought this up because I thought that you might have thought that once we follow a thought we might have to solve it or something but its just observation and being aware of it.
If we get another thought then we just follow that.
Think of it like this, you be walking on a street or seated at a bench at a park or something. A beautiful lady passes by, you see her, then another one passes by and your attention would go on to her. Thats how it is, we are not doing anything extra.
When you see the lady and after she passes by if you're still in same neutral state then its fine. But if you start to desire or think of wanting her or being with her thats when the problems start to arise.
When people try to concentrate on things thats when problems appear, instead if you become aware or know about attention then there will be no such problems.
I see what you mean. But what brought you to walk on the street in the first place. It must have been a reaction or response to something that brought you to walk on that street. If not desire to act then how or what would we be doing anything?
I took the example of us being in a street so that the scene would be set, we can do nothing and its still okay.
Motive is necessary to do something and once we do it we shouldnt be attached to it, only then the problems start to exist.
You eat a dish, you enjoy its taste.. you remember it.. next time you want to eat the dish because u found it tasty. You go and have the dish and it taste bad this time.. you feel sad because it didnt meet your expectation.
As long as you enjoy the thing and let go of it after that feel its good. If you had the dish, enjoyed n then carry on with your life and next time you come to have the dish it wont matter much.
I see.
”Experience but don’t get attached…”
Yes, like they say 'enjoy the process don't expect the fruits of it' you might have heard this
I feel you. I also feel that the more I talk about this the more I will remember to actually practice in life. Honestly the challenge I am currently facing is to apply what I learn and above that remember what I learn to apply in the first place.
But thank you for being patient with me and helping me understand perspectives clearly.
