I believe I am somewhat understanding what is happening here. In recent times, I have been trying to train to live in the moments and quitting the sense of control on it. I let the event happen, go with the flow and try not to hold to the feeling that was experienced. This has somewhat let me remain in a ready state to experience event after event without judgement.

I don't know if I am making sense here. Hope you could make heads and tails of it.

@dholu If I make head or tails of what you said then of course it won't be making sense as it would be making heads or tails.. hehe (sry for this lame joke).

On a serious note, this is how I see things when my mind starts to think a lot or when I am in situations that make me think too much.

We humans are here just like any other living being in the nature.
Anything that causes problem in our mind(psychological stuff) is all just made up by us humans.

We have made up so many rules, customs & many other things and made our lives too hectic.

There might be lots of other unknown things in the nature/universe that we might be unaware of.

So it is just best to not worry about it and just live our life sticking to the fundamentals just like any other living being in the nature.

At least that is what I am working towards.

Hey,

I understand what you mean. But sticking to fundamentals isn't also like making up a strict rule and follow it. If I come across a curiosity an I now to explore it.

Could you kindly define "Fundamental" to me?

@dholu I didn't say anything about strict rules. And yea you're free to do anything you want.. nothing wrong in exploring about things that you're curious.

What I was trying to say is that we tend to find answers for everything and reason everything thats out there in the nature.

Why can't we just admire the things thats there and leave the magic to nature.

Example, there is a climber in our terrace garden that suddenly dried off as if its roots got cut.
My mom was worried and wanted to know why it happened and she was thinking what might have caused it.
I just saw the roots of the plant and saw no damage was there & stopped worrying about it.

We don't know what caused this issue & we have limited knowledge on this. Say even if we tried to figure it out we might have another plant with same dryness and it might be for a different cause.

Now trying to explore why this happened might help us to understand it and would give us some knowledge on how to tackle the problem next time when it occurs. At the same time just leaving it as it is & planting another seed would also work.

When I say fundamentals.. I mean that we don't have to overthink things too much. It is okay to not know things, enjoy it in a fresh mind.. let there be mystery.

Its like visiting a new place for the first time.. we would be fully immersed in viewing that place & curious about things. Once we have seen that place for few times it would not be that fascinating.

Right now we are bombarded with lots of info and knowledge on things that we tend to lose/miss these experiences because we tend to see things with our mind rather than seeing it in real.
