Sir Suechi, thank you for sharing. This one is not easy to understand. The pursuit of the idea of being detached is also attachment and we must be watchful of the loneliness. This needs a lot of brain power. I’ll have to listen to this a few times again to maybe follow properly.

@dholu Which is why JK says often that one needs a lot of energy to be attentive. Because we easily get distracted and wander off.
If one has to be in the present/moment, he has to be totally aware of himself all the time.

Just think of situation where you would be locked in room with things that you're not aware off.. wont you be fully attentive? (Again, this is just an example, we dont want to get into details & elaborate on the example)
