Maybe you’re not paying attention while inserting it?
Theres a male and female ports in USB and they’re oriented the same in all devices.
With this knowledge you wont be repeating this anymore I hope.
Believe me when I say it. It never work for me. It has to be multiple trials!! waaaaaa
