Yesterday I had a luxury to have lunch with my friend Vneet Ji. While discussing multiple aspects of life he mentioned a line that I found quite fun and wanted to share with you all! I went like this:
Ek haath se kabhi taali nahi bajti. Sirf thappad bajta hai…
English translation: “You cannot clap with only one hand; You can only SLAP”
Funny as it is as it may be true, hahaha!
Well, it is possible to produce sounds with just one hand.. not sure if it would hear as loud as a clap though 🙂
I mean you are not wrong. Perhaps I should have mentioned the context of the talk. It was about team appreciation of your colleagues and people working under you. The idea was about how we should look at the expectations and achievements of peers.
