Drishyam is one of movies that I have liked a lot. The first part was mind blowing and the second only added to it’s awesomeness.
This third one though lacked the lustre. Part of it could be that I was already anticipating and predicting the method Ajay Devgun (or the Character) in movie will employ and for some reason the predictions were falling in place.
That being said, I enjoyed the movie nonetheless. It’s a fun movie and an okay conclusion.
It so seemed in the end that the suffering still lied with Tabu’s family as they did not find resolve. This further lead me to think that there is no actual protagonist or antagonist in this movie. Everyone of them are living their own respective truths. Eventually this movie to me is not about how smart one can be to manipulate the system, it’s about how justified the righteousness of one’s truth is to themselves. It would have been nicer to acknowledge the conclusion for Tabu family also which to me seemed like a loose end.
Anyhow, fun movie to watch. Must see if you have seen parts one and two.
